We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum spend, no codes to enter.

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are usually faster, regional areas may take a bit longer.

We prepare and pack each order from Adelaide, South Australia. Every cushion is checked before it leaves, so it arrives exactly as you'd expect.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. During busy periods, this may extend slightly.

We use Australia Post and other trusted couriers depending on what's most effective for your delivery address. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Our cushions are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Prices for New Zealand are in NZD, and delivery is added at checkout: NZ$100 for any order with a Bedhead Cushion, or NZ$50 for covers, quilt covers and pillowcases on their own.

Parcels go with Australia Post International Standard and usually arrive within 6 to 10 business days of dispatch, tracked the whole way.

NZ Customs charges nothing on orders under NZ$1,000 in goods. Orders over that can attract GST, duty and processing fees, which NZ Post collects on arrival. Most orders sit well under the line. A cushion and a quilt cover together may not, so check your total before you pay.

Returns from New Zealand work the same way as in Australia. You cover the return postage, which is usually NZ$40 to NZ$90 for a cushion.
