What We Collect

Your details when you order, sign up or get in touch: name, email, phone and shipping address
Your orders, so we can help if something goes wrong
Payment details, which Shopify handles securely. We never see or store your card
How you use our site: the pages and products you look at, what you add to your cart, and the device, browser and rough location you visit from. We collect this with cookies and similar tools
Photos you choose to share, like a Bedroom Styler upload. Here's how we handle those

How We Use It

To process and deliver your order, and keep you posted along the way
To send newsletters and offers, only if you've opted in
To understand what's working on our site, so we can keep making it better
To show you relevant Arlem ads on sites and apps like Google, Instagram and Facebook, and to check they're useful

Who Helps Us

We share only what each partner needs to do their job:

Shopify, for our store and payments
Our shipping partners, to get your order to you
Klaviyo, to send our emails
Analytics and advertising partners: Google (including Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest and PostHog
The providers who host and run our website

When we share contact details with an advertising partner, we send them in a scrambled (hashed) form, so the partner can match them to its own users without seeing them. Some partners store data overseas, including in the United States.

We never sell your personal information.
